This page describes the conditions governing the use of this Website, which is accessible at www.haventure.com.

The main purpose of the Website is to present the Haventure company and to provide users of the Website (hereinafter “User” or “You“) with information on the services offered by Haventure.

Consultation, use and access to this Website implies the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website.

2.6. Intellectual property

The general structure as well as the software, texts, images whether animated or not, know-how and all other elements comprising the Website (documentation, copyrights, sounds, images, photographs, videos, writings, texts of all kinds, animations, programs, software, graphic guidelines, visual interfaces, interactive functionalities, etc.) are the exclusive property of Haventure.

Any total or partial representation of this Website by any person whatsoever without the prior written approval of Haventure is prohibited and would constitute an intellectual property infringement punishable by articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. The same applies to any databases produced by Haventure and featured on the Website, which are protected by the provisions of articles L. 341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, and of which Haventure is the producer within the meaning of said article L. 341-1.

In addition, the name “Haventure”, the corporate names of start-ups, logos, domain names and all other trademarks and/or trade names contained on the Website are distinctive signs of Haventure and/or the start-ups in the network.  Any total or partial reproduction of these distinctive signs taken from the elements of the Website without the prior written approval of Haventure is therefore prohibited under the French Intellectual Property Code.

Infringement of Haventure’s intellectual property rights is subject to civil and criminal prosecution, and Haventure reserves the right to take any action to enforce its rights against any person violating its intellectual property rights or those of its partners.
